EDITORIAL: 'Fireproof' Worthy of Support

It is on rare occasion that the Baptist Messenger gives strong endorsement to motion pictures, but such is the case with the new movie "Fireproof" opening Sept. 26 in theatres nationwide. The film is produced by the creators of "Facing the Giants," and far exceeds anything the group from Sherwood Church in Albany, Ga. has produced to date.

We agree, we went to a pre-screening and the movie's well worth it--finally a movie that boldly proclaims the value of covenant marriage and unconditional love, even in the really tough struggles of life!
