This article provides some much needed insight. I am not sure the church has been as active in teaching a right theology of work that we need to be. In many ways, it is our careers that define us (pay, position, power). Our church members will spend much of their lives in their careers and yet will get little direct teaching about how to think about that work.  If we don&#039;t give them much of what you are saying, then work will just be about making money and gaining prestige...and will be very much tied to the goals of this world. I hope many pastors will pick this up and help our people see the joy of glorifying God in the workplace.</description>
