Oklahoma Baptist University has announced that Caleb Roche will join the Paul Dickinson School of Business as an assistant professor of marketing starting Aug. 1, 2025.
Roche brings extensive industry experience and a strong academic foundation to his new role at OBU. He holds an MBA in Marketing from West Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma. He has also completed a study abroad program at The Manchester Metropolitan University in England.
Currently, Roche serves as the Founder and Marketing Strategist of Club Creative, where he has led teams in delivering data-driven marketing solutions for clients across multiple industries. His leadership has resulted in measurable success, including generating over 250 million impressions and driving over $10 million in client revenue in 2024 alone.
Before founding Club Creative, Roche gained valuable experience as a Product Insights Analyst for Inspire Brands and as a Consumer Insights Analyst for Sonic Drive-In, where he conducted market research and analytics projects to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Roche expressed enthusiasm about his upcoming role at OBU, citing the university’s commitment to combining academic excellence with faith and character development.
“OBU feels like the perfect place to combine my passion for marketing with a deeper purpose,” Roche said. “I look forward to helping students see marketing as more than just selling a product—it’s about creating connections, solving problems and making a positive impact. My goal is to equip students with the skills and mindset to succeed in their careers and communities.”
In his new position, Roche will be responsible for teaching marketing courses, mentoring students and contributing to the mission of the Paul Dickinson School of Business. He plans to incorporate his real-world marketing experience into the classroom, emphasizing practical applications and critical thinking.
Dr. David Houghton, chair of the Paul Dickinson School of Business, welcomed Roche to the faculty, highlighting his ability to bring fresh insights and energy to the department.
“I’m excited that Caleb is joining our growing faculty team,” Houghton said. “His strengths in digital marketing and marketing analytics are exactly what we need to maintain the currency and competitiveness of our business students. His commitment to Christ and to excellence in his field make him a perfect fit for our School.”
Roche also intends to foster collaboration with local businesses and organize hands-on projects to enhance students’ learning experiences.
